You can now start watching the video recordings from last year’s camp. If you have missed it, here is the first talk by Eric N. Kildea in the United States.
Our second speaker was Stefan Wick from the Universitätshospital Zürich in Switzerland. The hospital wanted to restructure nine business units into three new divisions. The goal was to group existing departments that work closely together in the same division, where possible. Stefan used process mining to analyze the relationship between clinics based on their interactions to ensure the correct placement. Watch Stefan’s talk to see how he had to massage the data to get the views that he needed for his analysis.
