Walter Vanherle at bpi3: A Consultant’s Perspective on Process Mining (Belgium)
Walter Vanherle is a managing partner at bpi3. Once he learned about process mining at a meeting of the Business Intelligence Community in Belgium, he dove into the topic very quickly.
Walter sees that process mining helps the most in the business functions dealing with operations. He talks about a process mining project at a security services company, where he used process mining to measure SLA-based KPIs. One of the challenges was that the data came from multiple devices with different clocks.
